I know exactly what it’s like. I used to think I needed to hate myself thin and that weight loss had to involve suffering. I truly believe that once I reached my goal weight, all would be right in the world.
Then I learned that most of the information backing up the revolving door of fad diets is simply not true. If it was, wouldn’t we all be thin? Now I use a set of simple tools to fuel my body and keep the weight off and I want to share them with you.
